ABOUT THE VILLAS...

This is an ideal opportunity three/four families to holiday together in three beautiful villas, Villa Fara and Villa Krisana, and Villa Corgat, next door to each other.  Each villa is identical in model and size. All three villas are fully air-conditioned with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private pool.

The gardens are linked, so that you can run between them - (great for children)

ABOUT VILLA KRISANA

Villa Krisana is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Villa. Very spacious, private pool with views onto the mountains in the backdrop.Villa Krisana sleeps 6/7 people, with large spacious terraces as well as a private garden and a swimming pool (20ft by 11ft approx). There are 3 twin bedrooms, one ensuite, and a further foldaway bed that can fit into the bedrooms. The main ensuite bedroom beds can be pushed together to form a double bed, with double bed linen provided.

Lounge/rowing to dining room - an L shaped room - approx 28' x 24' at its widest narrowing to 14' x 12' 5" at the dining end. Main bedroom is 14' 6" x 13' (self contained suite plus en-suite bathroom (not measured) with Jacuzzi bath two basins WC & bidet). This bedroom has a 20" flat screen TV.Second bedroom 12' 6" x 10' 6" third bedroom 13' x 11' 6"" There is a shower room with large walk-in shower plus basin WC & bidet. The Villa has a spacious feel with bedrooms off long corridor and the lounge/dining room has a high vaulted beamed ceiling. All accommodation is on one floor i.e bungalow style. There is an outside covered eating/sitting area some 18' in length. The TV is Philips 32" flat screen chosen to suit the lounge area & not dominate it. There is also a JVC DVD player and a new Hi Fi system with connection for Ipod & memory card and satellite TV.
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.
 
All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels) as well as garden furniture and 4 sun loungers. A travel cot and highchair are available free of charge.WIFI access (laptop and purchase of voucher required) 

ABOUT VILLA FARA 

Villa Fara is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Villa. Very spacious, private pool, with views onto the mountains in the backdrop and a spacious corner plot.

Villa Fara sleeps 8 people with a double leather sofa bed in the lounge (suitable for two children only), TV and DVD, and large spacious terraces as well as a private garden and a swimming pool. There are 3 bedrooms, all twins, with the master ensuite bedroom having twin beds that can be pushed together with king-size bed linen available. A single foldaway bed is also available. The master  bedroom has a 20" flat screen TV.
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge freezer.. The TV is a 32" flat screen chosen to suit the lounge area & not dominate it. There is also a JVC DVD player and a new Hi Fi system with connection for Ipod & memory card and satellite TV.  There is free land line calls between the Polaris World Resorts. 

ABOUT VILLA CORGAT

Villa Corgat is a bright and contemporary 3 bedroom villa which can sleep up to 8 people, with a number of large terrace’s as well as a private garden and a heated pool, it has excellent access for those with mobility difficulty and small children, as the entire villa is on one level, with both private and off street parking. The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months. The three bedroom villa has a large lounge and separate kitchen with a utility room, with all Bosch appliances and two bathrooms. It is equipped for the 'al fresco lifestyle' with built in BBQ and tools, which is under a roofed terrace attached to the kitchen. The Villa comes equipped with all sun loungers and tables etc. Bedrooms - The three bedrooms are furnished with the main bedroom having ensuite facilities and a king size bed, and Bedroom 2 and 3 have 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a central heating radiator for the winter months. In addition to the bedrooms come with pull out spare beds and baby cot (please note NO linen is provided with the cot). Lounge/Dining room - This is furnished for up to 8 people, with settee, chairs and cushions. There is a plasma TV and DVD, MP3 player as well as ipod and CD, radio, plus a play station, with some games and DVD movies and CDs supplied for use.

For much of the year dining will be on the terrace but for those cooler months there is a dining table and chairs.

Kitchen - All that you need for those gourmet meals, BBQs or simple snacks as you may prefer to eat out!
There is a  full oven and hob, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, full crockery and cutlery, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. The kitchen has been fully equipped with Bosch for all major appliances including double door American style fridge freezer.  

For Children

• There is a travel cot and high chair.
• Over 40 films, ranging from Disney classics up to brand new releases such as James Bond "Casino Royale" Pirates of the Caribbean, etc, etc,
• There are over 20 play station games all aimed at the 5-16 age group
• Over 40 board games inc Monopoly, scrabble, trivial pursuit, decks of cards and a full poker set.

The Polaris World Resorts are built to a very high standard, not often seen in Spain. The villa is set amongst landscaped gardens with shrubs and trees with large areas of grass, with fantastic views of the Mountains of El Valle (from the rear), yet only a 20 minute drive from the beeches of San Javier and Los Alcazares.
