ABOUT VILLA CORGAT
Villa Corgat is a bright and contemporary 3 bedroom villa which can sleep up to 8 people, with a number of large terrace’s as well as a private garden and a heated pool, it has excellent access for those with mobility difficulty and small children, as the entire villa is on one level, with both private and off street parking. The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.
The three bedroom villa has a large lounge and separate kitchen with a utility room, with all Bosch appliances and two bathrooms. It is equipped for the 'al fresco lifestyle' with built in BBQ and tools, which is under a roofed terrace attached to the kitchen. The Villa comes equipped with all sun loungers and tables etc.
Bedrooms - The three bedrooms are furnished with the main bedroom having ensuite facilities and a king size bed, and Bedroom 2 and 3 have 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a central heating radiator for the winter months. In addition to the bedrooms come with pull out spare beds and baby cot (please note NO linen is provided with the cot).
Lounge/Dining
room - This is furnished for up to 8 people, with settee, chairs and
cushions. There is a plasma TV and DVD, MP3 player as well as ipod and
CD, radio, plus a play station, with some games and DVD movies and CDs
supplied for use.
For much of the year dining will be on the terrace but for those cooler months there is a dining table and chairs.
Kitchen - All that you need for those gourmet meals, BBQs or simple snacks as you may prefer to eat out!
There
is a full oven and hob, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, full
crockery and cutlery, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. The
kitchen has been fully equipped with Bosch for all major appliances
including double door American style fridge freezer.
For Children
There is a travel cot and high chair.
Over 40 films, ranging from Disney classics up to brand new releases such as James Bond "Casino Royale" Pirates of the Caribbean, etc, etc,
There are over 20 play station games all aimed at the 5-16 age group
Over 40 board games inc Monopoly, scrabble, trivial pursuit, decks of cards and a full poker set.
All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).
1 x set of Golf clubs is available free of charge

Beautifully maintained spacious villa with fantastic mountain views. Our party travelled in 2 separate groups and the layout of the villa suited perfectly. The resort is quiet at the moment, which suited us as our children were happy to play in the pool in the evenings, but you definitely need a car. The little supermarket is very well stocked and the whole area is spotlessly clean and very well looked after.A very professional service from Linda with that all important 'personal' touch. We hope to avail of her services again.

"Our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 children) stayed in Villa Corgat, situated in the El Valle Golf Resort, during Easter week (March) 2008. The villa was excellent, being well equipped and having everything a family might need. We found the resort itself a little deserted, and amenities limited, with a temporary clubhouse which because of the resort layout, was not within easy walking distance. Having found our bearings, however, (with more than a little help from Tom & Connie next door), we soon found a couple of restaurants and a garage selling fresh bread and other essentials within a short drive. For a very reasonably priced meal we would recommend the restaurant in the adjacent golf resort (Mosa Trajectum) and the restaurant/butchers on the opposite side of the dual carriageway “Venta Los Tres Hermanos”. Being fairly remote, driving is a must. We didn’t necessarily find this an inconvenience, more of an incentive to get out and explore. The Costa Calida region appears to be less commercialised than the other spanish Costas and as such still retains its authenticity and charm. We didn’t see a single blackboard offering Egg & Chips or the local start times for Eastenders and Coronation Street! The beach onto the Mar Menor at Los Alcazares was excellent for children and on one occasion we were treated to an air display by the spanish equivalent of the Red Arrows. All in all, a very good introduction to the region, easily organised with a helpful and efficient service from Great Holiday Rentals.The Haynes & Clark families"

Dear Linda Just a short note to say what a wonderful time we had at the villa, it truely is beautiful. The villa had everything we could have asked for. My eldest son adored the pool, whilst my youngest stayed mainly in doors on the play station, thank goodness for play stations!!!
The surroundings are spectacular. We love the way the golf course has been built into the rock which made a fantastic walk, very picturesque. We had a walk around the show house and are considering buying one for ourselves. We may well be back in Murcia around October and will definitely contact you re accommodation again.
