ABOUT VILLA CASA PARAGUAS ALGABA
Villa Casa Paraguas Algaba is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Front line Golf Villa. A very bright and airy villa with private heated pool and views onto the mountains in backdrop as well as the 3rd tee on the fairway. A nintendo WII and table tennis make this a great villa for families with children.
The Algaba model villa is a larger villa than the Alcor model by around 40% larger (living area), and with a large pool of approx 8 * 4 metres.
The house sleeps up to 6/8 persons and features the following;
Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit, hairdryer and straightener available
Second double bedroom with twin beds
Further twin bedroom with 2 single beds
Second bathroom and further cloakroom
Lounge area with seating for 6 (including one double sofa bed)
Dining with seating for 6
Satelite TV and DVD player
British Sky satellite-TV.
Small selection of books and DVD's
Nintendo WII
Open fireplace and safe
Free staning BBQ
Bose Ipod speaker system
Pool heating Nov - April only - additional charge - £100 per week
There are two single foldaway childrens beds, that can be used to accommodate 7/8 persons instead of the sofabed (child only)
The kitchen is fitted out with;
Microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle and dishwasher
Utility room includes washing machine, drying rack and iron with ironing board.
Outside facilities:
Private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers.
Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6
All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

Villa Algaba Paraguas - excellent, large spacious villa, excellent large master suite - great facilities and wonderful outside area and fantastic pool, wonderful location on Elle Valle golf resort 5 minutes walk to the golf club, gym, bar, and restaurant which serves great food and very good cocktails! defo recommend the Italian restaurant on La Torre and very much recommend the drive to Los Alcazres (nearest beach) which is lovely sandy and very shallow ideal for small children, lovely mix of beach bars and if you have the time recommend eating in Incarnation restaurant (take the time to have a look inside this wonderful restaurant and the lovely courtyard area).Thanks Linda,

Dear LindaI just wanted to thank you for organising this wonderful villa for us at El Valle. We were especially delighted that we opted for the larger Algabe type as with 5 boys the extra space was very much appreciated by all.....
Between the pool, golf, table tennis and a playstation which they brought along, we all had a blast. This Villa I can highly recommend as it has all the luxuries and amenities a family could want in a beautiful sunny climate.

Well Linda, We have stayed in some lovely villa's over the years, and by far this one has topped them all, to say it is 5star would be an under statement. This Villa is very well equipped with everything our family needed. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa, yourself, and El Valle.
We felt very safe even though it was so quiet.

Here is some feedback on Villa Pegasus (Paraguas) AlgabaVilla was beautiful, just exactly as the photos ,very clean and spacious with everything in excellent order. Resort was well maintained, quiet and secluded, although a car is essential it is well situated for all areas Caratagena, beaches of Mar Menor Murcia is only 10 mins away with great shopping and terra aqua and natura for the kids. It is a nice option to get away from the crowds to come back to luxury and quiet.
We cover Terra Metica (Benidorm) and Terra Aqua / natura ( Murcia) never had to queue at any parks for rides and great for our kids 6-11 years who managed all flumes etc, and was too big an area for them to run round and choose themselves - they give an option of a ticket that includes a generous lunch, entrance fees to zoo and water park, sun loungers and food for the zoo animals! there is enough to occupy a whole day. Great holiday..

Had a lovely time, villa superb facilities , decorated to a high standard very clean and very comfortable.Car essential to experience the best of the area. Murcia terra aqua /natura at most 15 mins away zoo and water park with lunch and loungers included in entrance fee our kids 7-10 years managed all rides/ flumes not at all busy no queues or hassle – great day out . Very central for Murcia, Cartagena ,Mar Menor, La Manga loads of beaches to choose from - a car journey and appreciate returning to the privacy and peace of this gorgeous villa. We flew into Alicante ( 50 mins)but if you fly into San Javier 10-15 mins and roads are well signed and an easy drive. Had a great time but suffering the post holiday blues big time – and the british weather!!
