The apartment overlooks a communal garden and pool, and from the balcony you have views of the sea. The land adjacent to the beach front is awaiting further development...

level has double ensuite bedroom with his and hers walk in wardrobes
and private terrace. Two further twin bedrooms and a second bathroom on
the lower level. Hairdryers iron and ironing board supplied.
Lounge/diner extends onto terrace with table and chairs, TV, DVD, satellite showing all UK channels.

Hi LindaThank you for the use of Penthouse Loaiza, it was very clean and ideally located only a stones throw away from the tranquil Mar Manor. The communal pool was also great for an early morning swim, very refreshing. Overall my family were very happy with there stay at Penthouse Loaiza.

We had a super holiday even though there was a musical festivalblasting for 3 nights and our car broke down on the way the airport.
My son's and family apartment was fabulous and Dearden was very nice
however we did find it very difficult to locate the keypad in the
dark.

This was our first visit to the area. The apartment Loaiza fully lived up to our expectations and is of a very good standard and is also in a splendid location next to the sea and palm lined promenade. We had an enjoyable and relaxing out of season stay.

Hi LindaMany thanks for your email, i would just like to say how wonderful the apartment was, it was not only furnished and fitted to a very high standard but it also had things included that showed that care and consideration had gone into it, the coffee machine was a very nice touch as was the bread wine etc on arrival. The security were always friendly and made the place feel incredibly safe and secure.
As a holiday location the beach was very close indeed and "foody" places and supermarkets were a short distance away, i loved the fact that it was not over run with brits on tour and always had a nice atmosphere.
