This is a fabulous detached villa with a private heated swimming pool, located in one of the best locations on Roda Golf overlooking the 17th green and the 18th tee box. Beautifully furnished throughout and with a lovely Bar-B-Q area. Villa Avaya sleeps 8 persons with the double sofa bed in the lounge.
One bedroom downstairs with a kangaroo bed (converts to 2 single beds) and a shower room, 2 bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom with en-suite including bath and fabulous views from both upstairs bedrooms, small balcony off the second bedroom upstairs and another bathroom upstairs.
