ABOUT VILLA ALGORFA

This very tastefully furnished detached 3 bedroom villa, with private pool, superb views over the golf course, and top quality furnishings, is sure to make your stay a very pleasurable one. This villa has been designed with attention to detail, with those little characteristics such as internal oak beams being just some of its lovely features.
 

  • Furnished for 8 persons, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

  • Fully air-conditioned in all bedrooms and lounge, as well as ceiling fans.

  • Open planned sitting room and dining room 6 dining chairs and with double sofa bed.

  • Fully integrated kitchen large private pool 9 * 4 metres and non slip surrounding terracing 6 sun loungers, 10 garden chairs table and parasol and BBQ.

  • 2 minutes walk to the communal pools.

  • Walking distance to the golf club house and restaurant and further restaurant (approx within 15/20 minutes).

  • Solarium leading from upper floor bedroom.

  • Porcelain sanitary ware.

  • 2 twin rooms

  • The top floor is entirely dedicated to a mezzaine level master bedroom and ensuite

Dear Linda,

Our 3rd year booking with you, and another fantastic holiday.
Villa Algorfa was everything we could have hoped for. A great location with wonderful views to sit and peruse whilst having our meals on the main balcony, (Morning coffee on the smaller balcony off the main bedroom with the added entertainment of the morning golfers).
The local Sunday Market was fantastic for bargains and a good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Lots to see and do in Guardamar and Torrevieja which are both only a short drive away.

The Villa is well equipped (as always from your properties) and the key holders; Liz and John very friendly and helpful.

We are really looking forward to returning to Villa Algorfa next year, for a longer stay,
- only 345days to go !!!!

We had a lovely holiday and will not hesitate in contacting you in the future to arrange accommodation for us. The villa was beautifully furnished with everything in place you could possibly need. Arriving at 11.00 p.m. meant that the welcoming pack in the fridge was an absolute godsend. When we woke in the morning, we could not believe the beautiful views from the villa and the amazing swimming pool with the water feature. The golf fanatics on the holiday were able to indulge in a round of golf when friends visited for the day and the ladies were able to issue quiet words of encouragement when they arrived at the third tee which the villa overlooked.

You definitely need to hire a car here, but we became friendly with a local taxi driver who was happy to ferry us around in the evenings. To be honest the barbeque we had at the villa one evening was super and we thought, ‘Why go out?’

Liz was wonderful and really helpful. I had forgotten beach towels, but nothing was a problem to her: She arrived next morning with towels and lots of advice on where to go. She also did a housekeeping service when family arrived for the second week.
