ABOUT VILLA SUMMER

Villa Summer is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Frontline  Golf Villa.  A very bright and airy villa with private pool and views onto the mountains as a backdrop.

The house sleeps up to 8 persons and features the following;

  • Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit.

  • Second double bedroom with twin beds

  • Further twin bedroom with 2 single beds

  • Second bathroom

  • Lounge area with seating for 6 (including one double sofa bed)

  • Dining with seating for 6

  • Flatscreen TV and DVD player 

  • British satellite-TV (childrens channels, BBC)

  • Open fireplace.

  • Safety fence around the pool

  • Fully secure and enclosed garden

The kitchen is fitted out with;                                                                        

  • Microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle and dishwasher

  • Full compliment dining sets, complete cooking utensils and pans/pots.

  • Utility room includes washing machine, and iron with ironing board.

  • High chair and travel cot

Outside facilities:

  • Private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers.

  • Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6

  • Sofa and coffee table.

All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).

 

 

 


The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

Hi Linda

The villa was wonderful and we had a fantastic time at El Valle. The Villa was perfect for families and the safety fence around the pool was essential with 2 little 2 year olds running about. Also the villa is in an excellent position for days out e.g. Terra Natura with easy access to the Motorways and so close to the Airport.

We will hopefully speak to you soon about booking again next year.

'Villa Summer has everything you need for the perfect holiday. The setting is fantastic and the sunsets over the golf course at night were stunning... The villa is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped right down to the plastic plates, cups and cutlery which were perfect for our 5 year old son Aidan. The pool area even had inflatable's for us to use! We were particularly impressed with the water filter on the American fridge freezer which meant that we didn't have to buy any bottled water for use in the Villa. The outside area is fenced in and the pool also has safety fencing which gave us peace of mind with a young child and an extra feeling security. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday... Thank you Linda for your help and advice. We will be recommending your excellent services to our friends and family.

Sorry for the delay in sending you our feedback on Villa Summer, but here goes;

As a family of 5 adults and two children aged 2 and 3, Villa Summer was an ideal place to stay. The villa was well laid out and spacious enough for all of us. The attention to child safety with the fence around the pool was invaluable, as was the security throughout the villa. This allowed us to relax while the children played outside. They also enjoyed the toys kindly left for our use. Another child friendly feature was the plastic plates and cutlery.

We will be recommending Villa Summer to our friends with little ones (and without!) and we hope to return in the not too distant future.
